Ingredients
1 cup drained and washed chickpea
1 large tomato, diced
1 yellow onion, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup of feta
1 cucumber, cut in slices
1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
1 teaspoon oregano
1 small handful of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Throw all ingredients into the dish and it is ready to serve!
